| Brewing Instructions | Pour 8-10 oz boiled water over 1 heaping teaspoon of tea, steep 5-12 minutes, strain, enjoy! For larger batches simmer 2 Tbsp on low heat in 16-24 oz of water for 15 minutes, turn off heat and steep an additional 15 minutes, strain and refrigerate. Dilute 2 oz of brew in 6 oz water, sip occasionally throughout the day. |
