| Brewing Instructions | Start with 1c of 160°-170°F or just below boiling water. Pour 1/3c water over a heaping teaspoon of tea, slowly swirl the tea for 20-30 seconds to "wake up" the leaves, then pour the rest of 2/3 cup water and steep an additional 2-3 minutes, strain tea leaves and enjoy! This tea can be resteeped 2-3 times. |
